Request account deletion

If you still have the plzxplain app, open Account, choose Delete account, then confirm the permanent deletion.

You can also submit the public account deletion form. The app does not need to be installed. We will contact the email address registered to the account and require a reply from that address before carrying out a manual request.

Never include an authentication secret or identity document in the form.

What deletion does

Deletion permanently removes your Clerk identity, including the name, email address and connected Google or Apple identity held by Clerk. You will lose access to any unused plzxplain credits.

plzxplain’s backend does not store your name or email address. It stores only Clerk’s opaque user identifier. After the Clerk identity is removed, that identifier no longer resolves to your identity.

Photos sent for AI Block-In are removed from plzxplain systems when processing finishes, independently of account deletion.

Records we retain

Purchase transaction records may be retained for up to five years where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, refunds or other legal obligations. They do not include payment-card or billing details. Hosting security logs are kept for 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
