By downloading, installing, or using the plzxplain app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

plzxplain analyses photographs of paintings and provides measurement-backed critique. The critique is generated automatically and is intended as a learning aid, not professional artistic instruction.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any photographs you upload. By uploading a photograph, you grant plzxplain a licence to process it for the purpose of generating your critique.

4. Limitation of liability

plzxplain is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
