Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of plzxplain, operated by Sugendran Develops in Australia. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the plzxplain app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

plzxplain provides on-device painting aids and optional AI-generated Block-In images. The outputs are creative aids, may contain errors and are not a substitute for your judgement. Features may change as the app develops.

3. Accounts

An account is optional for on-device tools and required for account-backed features. You are responsible for access to your sign-in email or connected identity provider. You must not misuse another person’s account. You may delete your account in the app or through the account-deletion page.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photographs you provide. You grant us and our service providers a limited licence to transmit and process a photograph only as needed to provide the selected feature, operate the service and comply with law. You must have the right to use submitted content and must not submit unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing material.

5. AI Block-In and acceptable use

AI Block-In sends the selected source photo to Google for generation. Generated results may be inaccurate or resemble common visual patterns. Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy or safety, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Purchases and credits

Apple or Google processes purchases under its store terms. Credits are consumable digital items used for eligible AI Block-In generations. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds are handled as required by applicable law and the relevant store’s rules. We may correct balances affected by a reversed, refunded, duplicated or fraudulent transaction.

7. Availability

We aim to keep plzxplain available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Online features depend on third-party services and may be unavailable. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service or legal rights.

8. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, plzxplain is provided without additional warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date shown above. Material changes apply prospectively. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
